Across the design studios of Deloitte Digital that dealt primarily with US clientele, many of the design solution were tailored to the client. This resulted in inconsistent systems that were getting increasingly difficult to maintain. There was an increasing lack of Governance over the User Experience across multiple projects and this lead to significant delays.
